Timeless beauty is born out of spontaneity. It is found in freshness of the present moment. Sweet, natural, effortless presence. The very essence of tantra is tenderness. It is hidden in fragrance of the forest, a stranger making you burst into a spontaneous laugh, slow morning coffee and messy hair. Freedom. Soundscapes that naturally soothe your heart. Un-rushed everyday magical simplicity.

Tantra is a continuous inner alchemy. Artful state of relaxing, compassionate surrender to our human experience. The beauty of simultaniously embracing the perfectly imperfect human condition of constantly changing in-between states that we find ourselves transitioning through (Prakriti) and the bliss of never changing, timeless, clearlight (stardust) nature of our being (Purusha). Tantra is the art of dropping into the exquisite gorgeousness, freedom and abundance of being here now.

Paulina has practised and studied yogic and tantric mind-body sciences for over 18 years  and her teaching practice is influenced by hatha yoga (Ashtanga Vinyasa in Krishnamacharya lineage), tibetan yogas (Nejang and Trulkhor in Yuthok Nyinghtig lineage), tantric science of Vajrayana tibetan buddhism and Ati Dzogchen philosophy. Inspired by her passion for contemporary dance choreography, Paulina tenderly guides her students through the yogic asanas, free flow movement and breathing practices, bringing together the art of embodiment and mind/ dream architecture from across different traditions.

Empowering movement with sound and mantra healing is an integral part of her practice. Her main objective as a teacher is to gently hold space with her students, meeting each practitioner where they are at.

Drawing from teachings of tibetan medical tradition of Sowa Rigpa, Paulina takes a non-dual, holistic approach to yoga practice, study and teaching.
